Review: I love this product so much, perfect for rain lovers. The color range is so pretty and setting it up was very easy. I like the different settings of what kind of rain you want and how much mist you want. I’ve had this product for over a year and the rain droplets stopped working so I contacted them and immediately they responded offering a replacement. I got another one so fast and it works perfect. This product is so worth it and customer service was amazing. Totally reccomend buying this product from here!!

Review: I struggle with sleeping and staying asleep. Bought to place beside my bed as a sort of white noise. I like that you can leave the lights on but also turn them off and just have the water effect. The light rain sound is soothing but I wish it was just a little louder. Only other comment would be the cleaning process. It is a little difficult to clean once put together and you have to use a wire to clean out each individual hole in the top for the rain feature every so often.

Review: Cute in theory, horrible in practice. They attempt to do way too much with a limited 3 button system 7869 and almost no instructions on how to use it or troubleshoot. I’ve successfully used it 4 times before it just stopped working. The pump does not turn on, and two lights light up red before the machine carries on as if it were fine. It’s an expensive nightlight.I’ve done all the troubleshooting available to me, considering there’s not much in the single piece of paper you get on it and social media videos do nothing, and even went to the QR code URL on the back only yo be met with a Facebook post FULL of customers having the same complaints of their device not working or stopping and a single guy attempting to do tech support for this hunk of garbage.I really wanted this to work. It was great when it did. But I’m out $60 bucks now, frustrated, and would rather warn others not to bother.

Review: Cute humidifier which the rain won me over to buy it, but has a lot of cons. The motor that runs the rain, it’s loud, went to bed with it on and had to turn it off, then for no reason at all the rain just stops even if the water is full. It will get anything it sits on wet so you want a towel under the humidifier and lastly, the cord is only 2 feet. It’s not worth the price, I would say 20.00 for it. Would not recommend with the problems it has.

Review: I was a little concerned about the product at first. When I received it, the packaging had a huge hole in the side of it (fault of Amazon, not the company). The product itself did not seem damaged though. As I took it apart and plugged it up, all of the features worked except for the rain. I reached out to the company through an email address that they had within the packaging and they were so incredibly helpful. They helped me get the rain feature to work and they even offered me a 50% refund for the trouble which I thought was so incredibly thoughtful and kind. They even told me that if the product did not work, they would send me a brand new one due to the warranty the product had. The overall quality of the product is very nice. The rain noise and the cool mist is very soothing. I also love the light features it has with so many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn’t mind buying from this company again. Thank you for the amazing customer service experience and the kindness and support you have given me!!
