Review: I am so relieved that I no longer have to worry about opening jars! I am a recently widowed woman with small arthritic hands. My husband was my jar opener and I had not realized how frequently I relied on him to open jars for me. My husband was also very mechanical, so I depended on him to figure out how to use new equipment. I am pleased to say that this opener is so easy to use that even someone like me with no mechanical aptitude had no trouble getting it to work. The price is steep, but peace of mind is worth every penny.

Review: Makes it so easy to open my jars, just push the button. I had a different model but it never worked that well and finally broke. This one is perfect and works very well and is also a little more compact than my previouis model.

Review: This electric jar opener works very well. I live in a 250 senior/disabled apartment complex, so I bought it to put in the community room kitchen. The older ladies who have arthritis or hands that just aren’t that strong anymore, or the disabled residents who have no use of their hands at all from a spinal cord injury (SCI) use it with ease. I’ve gotten a lot of residents who tell me how easy it is to work and that it great to know that it’s there.

Review: I have used this brand and type of jar opener for many years. My original one still works and looks great. I needed another one for our Florida apartment. The kitchen there is a small galley one with limited counter space. The new design for this opener is more compact with a lower profile. It works just as well as my older model, it just doesn’t open beer cans any more. Of course with pull rings on the cans now, the kind that cut a triangle is not needed. It is more compact because the top part is simpler. This makes it easier to store on a shelf. The bottom ring that the jar goes on is adjustable with just a simple push sideways. The top adjusts automatically to the width of the lid. It will hold jars up to 11 inches high. It is strong enough to open every jar I have ever tried. To me, it is indispensable.

Review: Product was fine. Not sure about this seller. Box looked like it been returned, beat up, did not look new.It was Christmas present for my mom, 90 yrs can’t open jars works great, had to hide the beat up box it came in
